Mann Construction was established by Mark Mann in 1975.  Located in Central Michigan we started out small like most northern Michigan construction companies combining both residential and commercial construction. The lack of work in our northern communities has always meant that as a contractor you need to learn how to be versatile to be a "jack of all trades" by having knowledge in a wide variety of trades. This not only meant more work but it also gave us a better understanding in the construction of the total building project.

Well Northern Michigan has grown and so has Mann Construction Inc.  We focus on commercial projects, but as the past has shown us,  you must be versatile by ranging in all types of commercial construction.  We can design and build a building for whatever your needs are ranging from a warehouse project to a retail outlet mall, we have designed and built a wide variety of projects including hotels, fire halls, and schools.  We have experience in a wide variety of types of construction ranging from a simple metal building to a insulated concrete building.
